When I lost my weight in 2004, I did it alone-meaning I didn’t have anyone else losing weight with me. My wife Christine was there encouraging and loving me every step of the way as I melted away from 410 down to 230 pounds. But I didn’t have anybody to doubt whether they were eating what they claimed to be or not. Only myself and it’s very difficult to lie to yourself about what you put in your mouth!

That is the difference between remorse and guilt (shame). It’s a matter of intensity due to the thoughts that are behind the emotion. One person can think, "I really regret that this didn’t work out but no one is perfect and I’ll continue to work at and get better." Another person will say, "How can I have been so stupid. I can’t stand myself. What an idiot I am. I’ll never get it right. What will everyone think?" Who feels remorse and who feels guilt and shame?

Whatever your background, I invite you to begin your journey toward knowing God as a lavish Father who wants to shed grace in your life in very personal, specific ways.

Children enjoy using this soft paper for craft projects as it is pliable and easy to work with. There is hardly any need to cut these papers with scissors.

Family recipes are always popular recipes that have been handed down over time. They can mean a recollection of times past or of your families past. There is always a something just like Grandma made! These sorts of memories and recipes do not need to be lost forever.

As of this writing, a new, hardcover version of Dan Brown’s The DaVinci Code could be purchased for just $7.99. Brown’s other big seller, Angels and Demons, was selling in brand new, gift quality for $3.63, and a copy of the book in "good" condition could be had for just $0.97.

Have a Party. Either you yourself can arrange this, or a friend or family member can do this. Simply organize a party where you can introduce some of your beaded jewelry and sell it to anyone who is interested.
